what do you mean by biggest. area and facility
No it is not,
col royal cannot be the biggest school. in size. polonnaruwa royal (has nothing to with the col royal though they share your name) has a area of 55 acres. one of the biggest ground. the finest stage in the whole country. no other stage(even in the public stages) has that natural sound amplifiring tachnology. I think it scores more than Royal.I can give you full description of the facilities there. check it with google earth if you can. I'll try to give it to you tomarrow. no sure about that.
even the students are well manared. I do not say the col royalsut are ill manared. but they tend to overule the others. I have experinece in the uni. but these people are kind hearted, sensitive to the society not high class people.
