So forget about the processor for now and go for a GPU with higher Vram since you do video editing. Newer intel arcs are inexpensive and do the job. But if you want to be safe go with nVidia but they are expensive and only 4000 series have AV1 encoding. If you are generating HVENC you can do with a 3000 series card easily. I don't know much about the newer AMD GPUs so cannot give an opinion. For video editing you need to have a GPU with higher Vram and RAM capacity as much as you can and of course SSDs. I guess you already have a PC.</blockquote>
