ok lets make a deal. but this PSU doesn't come with that 8Pin connector needed for the 9800GTX (it needs both 6 pins and 8 pins right )
but usually VGAs come with the adaptor..so there won't be a problem, the 8 pins connector comes with relatively high end PSUs..
