Popular Indian actor Salman Khan is to commence shooting of his new movie in Sri Lanka next month and is expected to be in the country for three months.
Deputy Economic Minister Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena has told the media that the government has already held discussions on the matter with the Indian actor.
Khan, who arrived in Sri Lanka for the International Indian Film Awards (IIFA) has reportedly cancelled the shooting of his new movie in India titled Mursi and is to now begin shooting a movie in Sri Lanka next month.
