1.This offer is valid only for Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit Cardholders and Sampath Bank American Express® Credit Cardmembers (Excluding Corporate Cards).
2.In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard, Visa or Sampath Bank American Express® Credit Card.
3.The offer is valid for transactions performed between 01st October to 31st October 2023.
4.The minimum transaction value shall be LKR 30,000/- and maximum value of the transaction should not exceed Rs.1Mn.
5.Only one transaction will be eligible to be converted under this offer per Cardholder.
6.Transactions shall not be combined when converting to instalments.
7.Not applicable for Cash Advance, Casino transactions and Quasi Cash transactions.
8.Cardholder should contact the Bank Customer Care Centre via 0112300604 within 30 days from the transaction date to convert the transaction in to 12 Months Extended Settlement Plan after making the payment direct at the partner location.
9.Until the customer request is received, and the transaction is converted by the Bank, any interest already charged on account of the transaction will not be reversed.
10.Offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.
11.All instalment amounts paid are non-refundable and each instalment period of the payment plan as approved by the Bank may not be varied.
12.Once submitted, the details of the instalment plan requested above cannot be changed and part acceleration is not allowed.
13.The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods / services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Merchant and any claim by the Cardholder against the Merchant will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.
14.The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank and Partners shall apply.
15.In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
16.Terms & Conditions appearing on the application for the Extended Settlement Plan (ESP) for Sampath Credit Cardholders and standard Credit Card Terms & Conditions shall apply.
17.The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.
