Since Web card is a credit card, you can link and verify it in paypal.
Web card can be credited with paypal funds (normally this happens when you get a refund), but that refund can only be used to purchase somethin else online.

If you want to withdraw the amount, you need to have a credit card.

I'm not sure about Dr. cards.

You can get it within 1 day if you go to Sampath Card Centre(Near Nawaloka Hospital) and hand-over the application. Application is available online.

I have linked web card in to my Paypal account. So i pay for purchased items from eBay through Paypal.

But macho every transaction you pay $0.30+tax for PayPal.
Don't you think it's a big cost....

You can link Your Web Card.
But Machan...when you fund PayPal from web-card..you have to pay PayPal.
So I think it is better to use Web-Card alone.,
But other hand...You are secured with PayPal.
