After doing some "homework" about Sampath Bank's webcard, I applied for one. I got it today with a CVV Mailer No & PIN. I also saw that some have discussed a CVV2 No on this thread. What is that? I didn't get anything like that! I opted to collect the card from the bank branch.
How do I use this on PayPal? How do I use it at all?

There is a PIN no that has three digits.

You can use it as using credit card.You can withdraw money to PayPal account.There are many videos on youtube about that subject.Don't worry you will practise easily!

now u have to sent a acknowledgment to the bank. saying that u got the card and PIN.

then they will active ur card.

How do I check my balance after a transaction? I know that you can call the card centre, but is there an easier way? What about the currency conversion?

I collected the card from the bank so it's acknowledged. Anyways, my PayPal account is up & running now. Thanks alot!
