samsung Korean vs international version

I want to buy a brand new, good and cheap tablet less than Rs 20000. When i look at the internet i found a huge price different between in korean and international version of Samsung galaxy tab. It is some time more that Rs 15000.00. Some korean galaxy 5 tabs around Rs20000 but international galaxy 3 still Rs35000.00. What are the different of them please help me.

galaxy 5 has not been introduced yet,even tab 4.
So dont buy these kinda fake products. If you actually need a tab,go for a galaxytab original.eventhough bit expensive.
Btw you can afford a 2nd hand one for a reasonable price.
