Sarath Fonseka said that he appreciates the attempts of Bodu Bala Sena to grow peace in the country, but, the giving up fighting against “Halal” is a betrayal. He addressed the gathering at Colombo and said that Bodu Bala Sena should fight against Halal until it is completely wiped out.

He also said that the first step taken by Bodu Bala Sena to fight against Halal is suspicious as they have given up it just at the request of a secretary.
