Athula, despite his frequent "aggravating" threads and tom foolery is actually right on the point here. SF openly stated he will take responsibility for everything done under him. There is no question over that.... and yes that will include his junior commanders.

The problem here is for Gota. He is obviously worried and hence the shouting.... I guess Sri Lankans are gullible when an individual plays the patriot and race card to cover up their own short comings.

So yes Athula.... you are correct on this occasion by stating this.
