Believe it or not ! the first 2 job requirments in this place i work now in (SL) is
1. You have to be a smoker (because we smoke inside the office)
2. You have to be alchoholic (because we all love drinking after work)

Also, this is not a beaten up office somewhere in a shack mates, my office is a very much a prominent place when it comes to leagle affairs
Even right now when I am typing this , I have a ciggeret attachted to my lips

wow thats a great place to work ne, I hate that I have to go out for smoke in my current office. Always i go out 10-12 times day it may reduce productivity of mine. But its due to their own stupid rules and regulations by not allowing smoke inside like your place.

SO, we won the case and was ordered by the load magistrate to incert a proper ventilations system ( and to be approved by the health ministery) and pay compensation for the fired employees.
NOW.
WE SMOKE INSIDE THE OFFICE !!! and we have TWO CLEAR CLAUSES in our job offering letter that people will SMOKE and you cannot sue us for it

thats great, probably every organization which has some percentage of smokers should include that sort of condition in their contract agreement so that it will be no problem to smoke.
