Salary Plan.
40K + 10K travelling + 17,200 cost of living allowance within the first 6 months.
50K + 10K travelling + 17,200 cost of living allowance after completion of 6 months.
60K + 10K travelling + 17,200 cost of living allowance after completion of - 1 year end.
70K + 10K travelling + 17,200 cost of living allowance after completion of 18 months.
80K + 10K travelling + 17,200 cost of living allowance after completion of 24 months
100K + 10K travelling + 17,200 cost of living allowance after completion of 30months.
125K + 10K travelling + 17,200 cost of living allowance after completion of 36 months.
180K + 20K travelling + 17,200 cost of living allowance after completion of 48 months.
Please note - The successful candidate will reside within reasonable travelling distance to the
office in Hokandara Sri Lanka. Candidates who meet the above criterion will be invited to an
online interview, followed by an on-site interview at our offices in Colombo Sri Lanka, if
successful.
The shift pattern: 4 days on and 4 days off (rotated).
To manage annual leave, sickness etc. the shift patterns will vary to provide cover.
The shifts are: -
Weekdays: 19.30pm – 04.30am with an hour for dinner. (Mon - Fri) .
Saturday working: 01.30pm – 22.30pm with an hour for lunch.
Sunday working: 01.30pm – 22.30pm with an hour for lunch.
No Sri Lankan public holidays apply since you are in roster 4 days basis. You will be working
approximately 15 or16 days per month.

and manage out of hours calls.

· Able to operate administration software such as outlook for emails.
During the candidate’s probationary period In-House Training will be provided to meet the required

2. The organization of purchase invoices received by email and convert to digital format for insertion
into the bookkeeping software.
3. Analyzing purchase invoices with the bookkeeping software and allocating them to overheads or jobs.
4. Fielding and responding to customer enquiries received via phone/email.
5. Compiling professional quotations (on the order management system) based on information received
from contractors.
6. Manage the prompt return of job sheets from the contractors for all work undertaken.
7. Manage customer payments/deposits online, for all successfully completed works.
