Unless you really know what you look for and how to interpret what tcp connections are open you will be clueless.
If your IT department manages these computers there are many ways that can be used to monitor your activities. It is obvious if you can see any of the popular remote-in software is installed but there are many furtive applications that can log your activities.
If you have a suspicion that it is being monitored then safe to assume that it is so and act accordingly! Most probably it is. You might not even have privileges to install any software on the machine.

ඩොමේන් connect කරලනම් තියෙන්නේ කොහොමත් head office එකට group policy වලින් උබේ computer එක manage කරන්න පුළුවන්. එහෙම නැත්නම් උබට බලන්න පුළුවන් wireshark කියන software එක ඉන්ස්ටෝල් කරලා Inbound/Outbound traffic මොනවද කියල. මේකට ඉතින් පොඩි network දැනුමක් ඕනේ. wireshark එකේ bootp filter use කරලා බලපන් VPN traffic යනවද කියල.


තව බලපන් උබේ default gateway කොහෙටද සෙට් කරලා තියෙන්නේ කියල. ඊට අමතරව DNS මොනවද කියල. ipconfig /displaydns , ipconfig /all

static IP නම් තියෙන්නේ IP වෙනස් කරගනින්. google DNS දාපන්. DNS Flush කරපන්

DHCP නම් IP renew කරපන්. ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew

MAC address rename කරපන්.

Admin Shares අයින් කරපන්
හොද VPN එකක් පාවිච්චි කරපන්.

ඔය මොනවා කලත් ඉතින් network එකේ වැඩි power එක IT උන්ට තමා. අපිත් කරන හින්ද දන්නවා. ඕනේ දෙය කරන්න පුළුවන්.
හොදම දේ personal කිසි දෙයක් කරන්න තියාගන්න එපා.
