Cheaper but little.The pendrive which Anusha have is about 2700 LKR while it was about 3400 LKR here.ASK him and he will tell more than the manufacturer knws about it.
Samsung,Transcend,IBM r the cheaper brands coz they hav factories there.There r ample of AMDs there.Surely visit Bangalore or Chennai for digital equipment.They r the paradises for the pcs.Bangalore is bit xpensive but cheap than here.

If ur board supports buy a core2duo E6x00.
x=3 is about 22k here.

It's not bad. I didn't like how much power it eats up. And of course, its architecture is much inferior to the Core 2.
I have a E6300.

I'm an AMD fanboy.I onlu use AMDs.Now using an AMD duron 800MHz .Usually use a Athlon643200+ but coz of no satisfying VGA to buy for that pc it is not using now.
Pentium D is good but if its over 3G.U can have 3.4D for 21k frm EPSI.
Better to go for the E6300.

Barcelona seems to be very huge. Do you know now in some benchmarks finally the AthlonX2 6000+ can outperform E6600; in games too!!! I was amazed. But K8 is dieing. There is no further improvements possible. A 3.2GHz K8 chip is not likely. On the other hand, with a good motherboard, E6600 smokes anything AMD has to offer up to now - but 50% in most cases.
