Share internet connection with VMware

Machan I installed VMware workstation 8 on my Win7 PC and installed XP on it.
Can you tell me how to share my host pc's internet connection with XP?

Virtual PC eke Network Adapter ekata NAT kiyana option eka select karanna. Virtual Machine settings > Network Adapter.

NAT thama thiyenne. But "Network cable is unplugged" kiyala thama XP eke watenne.
