No one knows who cheated who based on the traditional election systems which is manual and can easily be cheated.

So my proposal is to use Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) for the April General Election. Which can definitely bring real democracy to the country and not to blame any body - which in fact is bad for a wonderful country like our.

Electronic Voting Machines ("EVM") are being used in Indian General and State Elections to implement electronic voting in part from 1999 elections and in total since 2002 elections. The EVMs reduce the time in both casting a vote and declaring the results compared to the old paper ballot system.
