What is a seed box

well it works like this we have to install it on a server
after that we need to upload the torrent to the server and it will keep downloading..after download is done we can download the file from that server directly...

if u have a web-server try Torrentflux

well i use a bit long method coz i 1st download the file to image shack torrent service and import the file through rapidleech to my web server from there i download the file directly but the case is my webhost supports max 1.4Gb per file.. so mostly i download files 700mb so it want be a problem..
