    Weird stuff.

I've stopped using CD pouches because they scratch the discs when putting in and taking out. I use the empty DVD spindles that the DVDR discs come in, to store DVDs that contain rarely accessed data such as movie.

What do you mean by serial PCI card? You mean SATA PCI card?

A PC cable tester is a gadget that u plugs in the two connectors of the cable in to this and it will check if this cable works well..
Many reputed vendors sell HDD coolers..
    Yep,Royal College..

Of course around Unity there r some things like PC cable tester.
    one is Power supply checker..
just plugin ur power supplys connectors into this and GreenLED means ok..
supports SATA power too.about 1750 rs
    HDD guard..
saves somewhat like image init and if ur windows got a prob u can quickly load the image in this chip when asked in reboot..
my friends use one, dont knw much about it..
there r two versions of that, pro is with a winbond memory controller..
    converter cables..
handy if ure doing event management things..

What cables does it check? IDE? SATA? Molex? Or everything?
    Serial,USB,IEEE 1394,optical,network,u name it..
But it usually checks whether the cable pass the right signals to the other end well, not other things..

Well, you can do the same with software and keep an image in a DVD.

So it's just a continuity test.
