There are diff freq ranges for mobile transmission(800Mhz,900Mhz,1200Mhz,1800Mhz)
    Dialog,Mobitel uses 800Mhz and 900Mhz freq ranges.
    Hutch uses 900Mhz and 1200Mhz..
Where as Airtel uses the highest(1800Mhz) freq for transmitting the signals.
As u know Energy of a wave is depends on its frequency, that is more the freq more the energy.
So the waves transmitted by Airtel are the most energetic...
So they impact ur brain cells the most..The chances to get a brain cancer is more likely…
You must be aware of a sticker available in market which people stick to the back of their cell...
It glows when u make or receive calls..The reason behind is while
making or receiving calls, the intensity of the wave is maximum…
The bulbs in the sticker converts a part of this energy to electrical energy and glows…

Buy a sticker and attach to the back of ur cell.....
If anybody tries to call the sticker glows.....

Try it in Hutch Connection....It will not glow....It will only work on Airtel mobiles…

So if bulbs are able to draw the amount of energy they need from airtel
waves, think of the amount of exposure ur brain cells r getting to this
energetic waves by talking on airtel mobiles…

So bottom line is its a simple plan to get cancer as well:no:

    hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I've seen that bulbs glowing on other SIM's too (Mobitel, Dialog, Tigo, Hutch)

I think minimum energy used to glow bulbs is depending on the bulb circuit.

bro i have a sticker on my 3310 pasted its lies bro.the light glows to all the connections it glows for the radiation...if the connection is out of range of 800 or 900 our mobile does not receive any signals coz our mobiles are tuned only for 800 900 or 1200 or 1800 if its out of range u dnt receive any signals simple as that....

i dnt make or get much calls mostly sms :P but hey E=hf planks const is sooo small
    (Planck's constant = 6.626068 × 10^-34 m^2 kg / s) [from google] multiply that with some 1800Hz ~ might light a bulb :P

    your comment is totally wrong...
firstly mobitel uses 1800 and dialog 1900. and no major energy difference between 800 and 1900 . all are microwaves. brain cell damage is not by frequency but by the heat generated by microwaves. that heat is more if you stay near a tower when you take a call. also its more if tower strength is more.
and these false facts are originating from dialog. dont beleive those. any network has these risks. and if you stay near the tower damage is more. thats it, nothing else.

Well my brother this is an old argument which all the existing mobile phone cos try to pin on the newest one.It happenned with Dialog too long time ago. I also pasted one,now I dont have it.Hopefully I will not get the big 'C '.I think this another type of propaganda to undermine Airtel.Though I am not a supporter of Airtel.I think their emegence on the local mobile scene has given us,the customer a better deal from all the blood sucking Mobile Companies.Where were the packages before Airtel announced their arrival in Sri Lanka.Think about that.May the Mobile Customers win and win Big.

i agree with da highlighted part
but macho how can you make such an accusation????
look AIRTEL could be not da best at keeping there promises to there customers
but still da network is aproved world wide
if such high risk is there in this there in this how come it be one of da leading mobile networks in india
and also even you have mentioned dat 1800Hz is a frequency dat is used in mobile coverages
    so wat???
it is a frequency dat is used much more regularly around da world
mayb AIRTEL is the only coverage dat use this frequency in SL
still when you take da whole world there is nothin new in this frequency
there is a risk up to some extent when ppl are dealing wit rays and frequencies
dats a risk dat every ray contains
is dso you should not use any kinda mobile network or microwave stuff or any other thing
just dont put up some stuff oly cuz you read it in some where
    think a bit
    and just think twise
