It can not be. It is not a password protected file. Check your Acrobat reader program. update if it is necessary.

Sorry, I didn't encounter that problem when I opened the pdf. I am using Acrobat pro extended.
However, there is a digital signature of the creator of that file. please google that problem, I am not good in computer at all.

I meant the expresslanka-ebook.blogspot site not expresslanka.tk site. Another thing is current expresslanka.tk site is just a backup of previous site before it was banned. So now you can find lesser number of books than before.
