එකමත් එක ගමක කුරුල්ලො රන්චුවක් හිටිය. මොවුන් කෑම සොයගෙන පියබා යනකොට පහල තියනවා දෑක්ක වි වගයක් වෙලෙන්න දාලා තියනවා. වී ටික දක්පු කුරුල්ලො එතන්ට ගියා. වී අට ටික ටික කකා ඉන්නකොට වී අට වහලා තිබුනු දෑල කුරුල්ලන්ගෙ පටලුනා. කුරුල්ලන්ට එකෙන් ගෑල වෙන්න අමාරුයි.රන්චුවේ හිටපු නායකයාගෙ බුද්ඩිය නිසා කුරුල්ලො දෑලත් එක්ක පියාබුවා. ට්ක දුරක් යනකොට මෙ දෑල ගහක පෑටලුවා. ඊට පස්සෙ මෙ කුරුල්ලො සෙරම දෙනා කුරුලු නායකයගෙ බුද්දිය නිසා රන්චුව දෑලෙන් බේරුනා.

once upon a time there was a bird flock in a village.
suddenly they saw a paddy mat which was withered under the sun when they went for finding food. they went for the paddy mat to grab some. they accidentally trapped in the net which was used to cover the paddy mat. it was hard to get rid the net so with the smart leader's idea of the flock they flied with the net to sky. on the way they entangled the net in a tree and flied away from the threat because of the intellect of the leadership.
