So About HNB, They Don't Charge $20, but only Rs.100, But Skrill Does around $20. That was the conclusion.


Mama, mage Skrill/Moneybooker account eken, USD 518.82 k withdraw kaala mage HNB account ekata. ( On 2013-November-05)

Then, It came to My HNB account on..
2013-November-11.

Amount is : Rs. 64,727.00

and, additionally it says, HNB has charged Rs. 100 for the transaction. (Check yellow areas highlighted )

So, I did some maths, as well as, Mama mage account tiyena HNB branch eke, international payment sections ekatath call kala.

Mama ahuwe, Nov-11 th wuna transaction eke, details.

as for the lady answered, after she checking the system,

The Amount Bank received Was : USD 499.32
and,
Doller exchange was on that day as for lady. 129.830

So, HNB has credited my account :
129.830 x 499.32 = (Rs. 64826.71 - Rs.100) = 64,727.00

Ithin, pena widiyata, HNB lage awula naha, (mata hitena widiyata..) but the problem eka tiyenne, Skrill wala idan, HNB account ekata money enakota...

Now, I'm gonna contact Skrill customer services, and trying to find out , what is this hidden charges. I'll let you guys know, how it went..

siraa seen eka, mamath FB page eka check kala.. 98% complaints.. seems like some other guys have around 30$ fee issue..

I switched to Payoneer. Payoneer charges are are not high as people say. You can minimize the fees by doing the following

1. If the withdrawal is less than 200 USD use US payment service option to withdraw. (This works perfectly in oDesk ACH withdrawals. Just try with your partner also. If you are too unsure withdraw just 1$. It will be transfered within one day. Reason I say 200 USD is, US Payment service charges 1% upon receiving money. So if more than 200 USD you are better off using oDesk direct withdrawal to Payoneer card)

2. If you are not in a too much of a hurry to get the money, just do a standard load to payoneer (In direct withdrawal method). Immediate load incurs come charges.

3. Always check the balance using the website. (ATM balance checks involve charges)

4.Just do not be too greedy and try to withdraw up to the last cent of the card. Just keep like 4-5 $ and withdraw the rest. (Withdrawal cost is 3 $ or something)

Payoneer charges are not too bad as you think ...
