this happened 2-3 years ago but they convicted him because he didn't show any remorse. Didn't even say sorry. The only thing he said after the accident was " they should have gotten to aside"
As to old people driving machan that's tough especially here since the kids leave the home unlike us and the parents have to take care of them selves. On the other hand when you are getting old the reaction times get longer. They do test the older people every year as far as driving goes but it's not a sure fire deal
