SL phishers all over the forums

I m not a regular member of this forum.but I m using some other forums.few days ago I tried to log one of my regular sites suddenly there was a massage telling me."Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address.".then I PM the Admin and asked help.he told me group of Sri Lankan idiot phishers always hi-jacking member accounts and posting phishing threads.so admin had to ban SL ips..
then couple of hours ago same thing happen to another site.then I also PM to that site admin.he told me the same thing as previous site admin.our idiot ******** fags hijacking their accounts and posting phishing threads.. so they had to ban our SL ips..
So these idiots just give them no option other than ban SL ips..************* them!!!
