Someone needs it he or she has to work for it., no doubt.but here machan, everyone does not have the same goal, and at some point they get combatable with their wages. and we can see some buggers they are just blaming their salary but don't do nothing from their side to improve themselves and get what they want. and this is the huge huge problem in this field in SL.and if someone lives in Sri Lanka and getting the salary you mentioned ($30,000/per annum) that is a nice thing to have.As a fresher also, one (SE) can get between $15000 - $20,000/ per annum while working in SL company also, we can find a few local companies which give the decent salary. why I say it is "decent" salary. because GDP per capita is $3500 - $ 4,000 here.  but someone wants more and like to go abroad they can earn more. for ex USA they can get $100K - $250K /per annum. (their GPD is around $63,500 USD)., Europe (GE) they can get $42,000 - $145,00 /per annum (their GPD per capita is around $45,700).and again, it depends on the person, I like your words man you used here "Get out of your comfort zone".
