SLT ADSL 1Mbps problems

Anyone having problems with SLT ADSL?i gt ADSL 1Mbps, and when i download torrents its ok, but then when surfing the net its quite slow..

Nothing Wrong Here SLT ADSL 1Mbps . [download - 120 KBs / Browsing Normal ].
Check ur torrent upload speed .. that can be a reason for slow browsing sometims

i dont use torrents and surfing at the same time....i called and complained, but then when i use torrents i get speeds of about 90-120..that's good right?

its just that sometimes when im surfing i feel the webpages load slowly..internet speed tests also tell me that my connection isnt 1Mbps..sometimes i get only about 0.1Mbps..
