SLT ADSL FROM 512kbs TO 96kbs

I HAVE A HOME EXPRESS PACKAGE. YESTERDAY NIGHT THE SPEED WAS NORMAL (512kBS) BUT IN THE MORNING IT SAYS DOWNLOAD SPEED IS(96kbs)BUT THE UPLOAD 128KBS IS THERE. PLS HELP?WHY HAS IT DROPPED?​

it can be many reasons

1. high traffic in the exchange or a speed reduction by SLT

or

2. did a neighbor get SLT ADSL ?

etc......(my brain is working @ 5%....can't think of anything else )
