SLT ADSL unlimited. customer service and feedback

    Yea guys im using SLT ADSL unlimited 512k connection for the last 3- 4 years, and it was ok. but for the last few months im getting shitty speeds, its terrifying to browse with these speeds, downloads are going at about 3k-7k max :mad:#$##
    i complained many times and they just say "hang on for a sec, and give a refrence number, and say we will check into this and get back to you as soon as possible " but after that no calls at all.......
    wen i call back again and give them the reference number , they keep me on hold for a while and give another reference number, and still no callls and this way i have about 7 reference numbers and no point, they dont tell me whats happening,
    i have no idea wats going on.......:#@
    mean time im using airtel on my dongle and am pretty happy with the speeds for the price, and paying the bloody SLT for their so called unlimited laggy internet.
    im definitely gonna switch to another connection if they dont get this fixed.


    atleast they could have sent a mail with the bill saying that we are gonna cap our speeds from this date, and the limitations and details if you wish to continue/Discontinue using our service please call this number!
    Bloody Cheats.....
    i want a refund from when ever this limit started!

    :angry::angry::angry::angry::angry: ya man i am also agree with u .when we buy this unlimited connection they did not say anything about we will get band if we download more than 20 GB and also there is no any function that we can check how much we downloaded. at once they go na black list us. crazy fools are in the slt
