I got a massage to my mobile, saying thank you for purchassing extra GB...or something like that......
that was when I wasn't at home for few days. so finaly when I go home, checked my SLT login...found out that I have purchassed extra 25GBs....which ends on 4th of February.........which means it has been purchassed on 4th of January right???? which I didn't, and no one else knows the login details for SLT account, let alone they don't even knows they can do something like this......only my sister, mother, and sister's husbend live there with two small kids....
all of them doesn't have a clue of anything about it....even to use there own computer, they need my help...so thinking they'd do something like that is a joke.......
When I visit the teleshop, they just given me a form to fill it and asked to submit it..........
