I dialed 1243 and made a complaint about connection speed and they told me they gonna reset my account and they did it... afterwards my connection speed was like between 380kbps and 530 kbps well that range is some acceptable but before it was like 050 kbps and 150 or maximum 250 kbps this is very slow unacceptable... i and now a days when a new customer purchases a land line with ADSL the cost is low and i also heard that ADSL becoming the main business of SLT... so now this is all about keeping remaining bandwidth on the pool and sharing it to continuous increasing customers and bandwidth pool is not gonna be enough. well their joke is this.. they are having their server in speedtest.net that is mostly used for testing connection speed... even internet is too slow that speed test provides the best results because it is local for SLT customers... internet is not about local communication and it's about commiunication with the servers in whole world specially in Europe.. because most of the time we are using their servers
SLT have to obtain loads of bandwidth for the connections made for Europe but they just develop things very slowly while they having new high customer rate...
try to test speed in US servers as well as with other European country servers on speedtest.net well it's not acceptable...
so what i was thinking we just can't complaint connection is slow like that and to do something strong against them we have to get organized like this we get together and test speed on a schedule like onces at 8:00am next at 1:30pm and another test at 9:00pm
then copy direct link and save it somewhere safe like wise we gonna do that for several weeks everyday then we have data then we can make a powerful complain when we have evidence to prove it
so what do you guys say? Wanna make a change?
