And any other better packages for cheaper ? Consumption is around 150 GB

I was using 7900 package and changed the package to 5900 on 2nd Jan. they sent me a bill around 4th Jan charging 7900 for entire January month. and on Feb, they billed me again from 2 Jan to 31 Jan with new packaged charge, without adjusting what charged before.
