Yes U are correct

coz if we say our internet connection is slow they always say (U mite hav spyware or virus in ur PC)

and yesterday there was a small problem in my telephone. I called them at about 3.00 PM

how ever they came 2 my house at about 4.00 PM

i know the person who came yesterday (he is the person who comes everyday)

last year he told me U can't get ADSL coz the ADSL strent is not enough (too far 2 da ADSL centre)

anywhy i apllyed 4 an ADSL connection after about 10 days i got the line. and it's working grate.

i asked the same quetion yesterday !!

and he told me U can get ADSL but it won't work properly

but now i am useing it

i agree.. but first of all we have to check what were in the papers dat we signed to get ADSL.. if ny1 has a copy of it..pls post it here.. cant remember if there were any sentences dat we agreed to not to sue them cause of higher price levels n slow speeds.. nyway im with you bro..

SLT eke internet ettatama gunathmayen usasda? Me gena api hithanna wenawa. We can file a case against this..as a community we can get together against all these.
Other thing is their internet charges. Their charge is really high compared to other countries, as a developing nation we need internet more cheeply and the speed also is a necessary requirement. This way the normal people will have less access to internet and thus the information, which impedes their personal growth and thus it gets to the national level.
We have to act on this, dont be the traditional sinhalaya or Sri Lankan.

Lets fight againat these, I am ready to lead, and I want more of you guys..please stand up and discuss, we can, we can get government's attention towards this, we can write to people responsible. We can justify our request.

People with a national vision please join, that wireless internet network at Medawachchiya was a good initiative, this is not a costly mission. Lets get together guys.. please its for you, your country, and your children.

I agree but...are they forcing you to pay high charges. There is an option of dial up connection for those can't afford.....

If you run a firm will you give it for a lower price which brings you a loss. To give it for a cheap rate there should be a big user base so the revenue will cover the costs.

I am not working for SLT !!!
