haha thanks machang.. I have a 2MBps Office unlimited connection, been having that for the last couple of years.. but since mid December, it has been throttled down to 512kbps. according to your verified info, nothing can affect the existing packages, am I right?

when I called the retarded help line, those fools are saying whoever uses over 18GB will be limited to 512kbps. old package, new package there is no distinction. and mind you machang, I called several times and asked several people. all repeat same answer like parrots. some fool went onto even say service will be terminated after 18GB!! .. after I explained to him what termination means, he said it will be limited not terminated.

anyways, shed some light here bro. what the heck is happening to our 2MBps connections?

FYI this is my 2Mbps connection Totals Report
I had a 512kbps line since February 2006 and upgraded to 2Mbps since end of January 2010.

Already downloaded 25+ GB on this month too

Unlimited packages will also get an undisclosed FUP. After that there is no data limit, but the speed will be limited. Just what I was told from the help line now when I inquired about limits..
