Your line is limited to 2mbps downlink and 512kbps uplink.
for your SNR, you can easily go to 8mbps downlink and 1mbps uplink.
Call 1212 and tell them to increase your "Line Speed" upto 8mbps down and 1mbps up. then they will assign that to technical room and they'll do the needful and call you.
when they call, keep them on phone and check your router status again.
check the SNR value whether they both are more than or around 20
and check the Rate section whether they have updated.
Do those and your link should be fine by then.
