Then asked for my ADSL username, name registered for this services. Then said they'll call me after processing the complain. call came from colombo at abt 2pm, saying they got the complain will inform it to my regional office, Kurunegala. Then got a call at abt 3.20pm from a guy of kurunegala, asked direction to my home, it was easy as he was a one who came to fit the equipment as well. he remembered the place. At about 3.45pm he came and try using my old remote, after few presses he said its defective and gave a new remote.remote is bit different from the original but same functionality, so no prob. That was GREAT after sales service, within 4hours informing i got it replaced at  my doorstep with just few calls !</blockquote>
