SLT throttling downloads on 1MB line?

machang i am coming to sri lanka next week which internet provider is good at the moment can some some one advice me so i can get there connection....................

eke 1Mbps eka natuwa 512 hari 2Mbps eka hari ganin

1Mbps eka samahara ayata (godak ayata) kachal

20~30 kBps wath use karanna denne na 56kBps walin
mama utube video ekak balanna oni unama IDM eken eka download karala balanne
download wenakota nam full speed enawa

yeap that's da best way ....

and fazil if u dnt hv SLT where u stay it's better if u go with dialog wi-max or u can go with mobile broadband Mobitel or Dialog.... in Mobitel there is a cap but gud speed and Dialog no cap but lesser speed than mobitel

have to restrict only the torrent leechers who doest share the torrent with others.

If you're going to do heavy downloading (over 5GB per month), dont go for mobitel or dialog 3G connections. Go for ADSL or Wimax connections.

ehema cn ekak ne ban mageth dan port block eth me torrent eka hodata weda danatanam ithin enne 50kB/s wage a athi mata me time ekata.... reta ginnak nathuwa 110 enawa ...
