SLT Xcite Package - Speed dropped??

SLT Xcite package eka use karana kattiya, oyalage current speed eka post karnna.

My current speed :
Browsing : 50kbps max
DL : 5KBps max

SLT ppl meka repair karanna ne. Oyala mokada hitanne?

Me problem eka thiyenne, foriegn servers access karanakota witharai.
Sri Lankan servers browse karanakota normal speed eka enawa.
eg : sltnet.lk, defence.lk

But only for the foreign servers?? If its cz of the rain the problem should affect everything right?? If i DL anything from SL server the speed goes beyond 120KBps, but from foreign servers the speed is 5KBps max
