these days we saw that some members create a number of usernames for various dirty purposes.

we saw this in the SSS confilct as well as now Harsha Abeyrathne.

So, I suggest GT to have some kind of e-mail account activation for a new user registration.

And in addition to that we can have IP address tracking for a new user.

After that there will be some control for the users creating new usernames to insult other members.

I need your comments for this and later we can suggest that to GT.

but if you activate it, then there may be some time for them.

they have to create a new e-mail address, which takes some time & effort

so, it's better to have something than nothing
