Smallest software which does the job

Post all the smallest (and maybe standalone) software which does a job as close to big products from big companies, or even better than them.

I'll start the list:

Foxit Reader ~4MB compared to 100MB or more Adobe Reader
Copy the exe and that's all we need. No need to install it if you have the exe.

Ad-aware Personal ~800kB (one of the best ad-ware scanners)
Copy the exe and that's all we need. No need to install it if you have the exe. But we need the reference file too. But it will download it from the internet. Besides, we have to update it ne?

Winsnap 2 - powerful screen capture tool with marvelous effects. Less than 200kB!!! Completely portable.

uTorrent - Best bittorrent client. Completely portable. Size less than 200kB.

TrueCrypt - Powerful encryption software, less than 3MB in size. Not portable though. Requires installing a driver (but you don't have to reinstall this; running the main exe will install the driver)

DVD Decryptor - Less than 1MB in size, and very good tool for decrypting DVDs for ripping.

I know this software! Its really cool! Try editing shell32.dll in the windows>>system or system32 folder and know lots of stuff about windows!
Resource hacker is really good! U can play with lots of exe's. But beware! Backup before messing up!

WMP doesn't suck at all. Besides, it comes with Windows. Why install a 3rd party software when the default one that comes with Windows does the job you require?
