u can find many that suits ur budget in blink. i used apple watches / fit bit versa's to keep track of stuff i do. workouts , cycling etc.. but when i think of it, its just useless. i do have a good night sleep, so why do i have to wear a 40000, 1 lak worth of gadget that affects my sleep and have a look at it in the morning whether i slept or not?
u also carry a risk of damaging it, have to keep on charging every few days, also have a phobia of putting it in water, or knocking it somewhere and damaging it, also drains phones battery, cant reliably wear it and go in a jungle
i actually start jogging, working out more when i dont have it than just looking at my progress. u just keep look at it and satisfy ur self thinking ok 4km done 5km done thats enough for today.
fit bit and apple both have medical grade sensors with accuracy. so i gave it to someone who actually needs it for heart rate monitoring. u can setup alarms , notifications when ur heart rate goes up more than usual
oya mokuth na casio watch wala. cheap, reliable, stylish, battery lasts 10yrs, u can throw it off if u dont want , can jump to pool or river when i want, knock or throw it . my phone tracks step count if i really want to see it. thats enough
also, smart watch is not fitness band. oya uda okkoma fitness bands, not smart. what are the smart functions u need?
