Now, based on the figures we're about to share with you (which come our way via Slash Film), it's fair to say that the "Snyder Cut" did well...it just may not have done as well as some fans hoped.Third-party aggregator Samba TV has reported that 2.2. a million households tuned into the four-hour movie during its first four weeks of release, but they only count households who watched at least 5 minutes. A closer look at the data reveals that those who sat through all 242 minutes is, in fact, somewhere around the 800,000 marks. That's roughly 36% of all U.S. households.So, not everyone made it to the end. It's worth noting that Zack Snyder's Justice League can be watched in chapters, though there's no denying that this is a little troubling. The reason for this surprisingly low number isn't immediately apparent, but that first hour or so does play out like a much longer version of the 2017 theatrical cut, so perhaps it all felt a tad familiar?Either way, Forbes took a closer look and deduced that if the reported 1.48 million new downloads which came at the time the Snyder Cut were from paying subscribers, the movie is likely to generate around $22.2 million per month (an annual total of $266 million). That's a pretty solid number for a project that's believed to have cost around $70 million to complete.Is it enough to #RestoreTheSnyderVerse? Probably not, especially as those sequels are likely to run into the hundreds of millions (getting the cast back would be a logistical nightmare too). Despite that, there's really no reason this story couldn't continue in the form of a comic book or animated series/feature.
