Judging from several locations from the post, I see your mentions of 'senior member', 'don't need friends', 'your leadership', 'professional friends'. I think it strongly points out that you think really highly of your self.. which is good, but you seem to be doing it too much. When you have the mentality that you are better than everyone (aka big headed), you put everyone else below you.  This in return becomes a problem, because you will not want to hang out with anyone who is 'below' you. This also projects out from you when you talk to anyone... so be humble, but be different (this makes you interesting), and listen to others: keep this in mind and you will go a long way.You also name drop BIT, and judging from your avatar and 'hello world', I take that you are on the technical side. Put this to good use, contribute to open source stuff, start local software projects, make a computer related clubs and events near your area, be a leader (put your negative traits in to good use), this will get your name known, plus this will let you meet and hang out with people more like you, hopefully make some good friends in the process. This will be a LOT of work, but you have to. You say all you need a professional friends. For you they might be professional friends from work... but for the rest of society, there are two types of friends (professional and regular friends). You looking for professional friends will end in disaster for you, because for you they will be the perfect friend, but for them, you're just someone from work, and they will always opt out for the social friends (so they can get away from the busy lifestyle & work). Of course there are exceptions, but you might want to change this mentality else you will find out the hard way. And the final thought is, life can be a lot worse, you have it easy.
