Bought this inverter and planning to install it tomorrow, so few questions any directions appriciated

1. Should i bond the Neutral and Ground of the Inverter output (with a separate Earth rod)
2. Planning to keep it like a UPS (going to charge during off peak hours 10.30 pm - 5.30am and going to run on full inverter during peak 6.30 - 10.30pm , and day time on grid / bypass mode, and later going to add solar panel
usually do you guys run the inverter 12 hrs (daytime) on grid tie systems
