Ok Guys hope you can solve this story

A father was driving a car son was on the passenger side. It was raining heavily.Suddenly the car met with an accident.

Both are in critical condition and both were rushed to a near by hospital. Father died in the ambulance on the way. Son's condition also very critical and had to do a surgery in order to safe his life. And send him to the operating theater immediately.

The Surgeon saw the boy and said " Ohh my god I cant operate my own son"
