    Hey Guys ,

Is anyone working in Aepona currently ?
How about the working environment and starting salary ? What kind of projects they mainly deal with .

I thought this would be best place to clear my doubts as Elakiri seems to be the biggest online community in Sri Lanka .

Plz share if you have any kind of information

    Thanks machanla

As I heard It's a good company and following very strict standards, so you have to be confident on what you are doing. Salaries are also good

I agree to the fact that salary is not the everything .And it's not always the most important factor also .That is why I asked the environment of the company as well . :D

Buddy Can you help me with, what kind of projects your friends were working with and how many employees were there in the company ?
and what was their starting salary ? (plz let me know their qualifications as well if it is not an issue .Then i can decide where I stand )

All my frnds got more than 4 yrs exp, and they joined as SSE from virtusa. They got a lot projects, and the projects my frnds selected were char... Maxxx. They were so stressed. Well As SSE all of them got arnd 120K, Dont know much abt SE though. should be arnd 50 -70. Dont know whether the environment had changed a lot. But, i think if you are a beginner, none of those facts irrelevant. You should start your career from somewhere. so it wont be a bad idea to get some exp there.

So what do you expect to do as a SE then? Sitting on a rotating chair, watching porn and flirting around with females. It isn't in the projects it's in you, the fact "you have to be confident on what you are doing" so then you can at least minimize the stress level. You know add a little bit of passion to your work.
