Some Solutions for ADSL speed problem

I have this Damn Problem for a Week Now. So I asked in so Many Places. And I Complained SLT 2 times. If they won't Fix this I will call them again and again.

I got Some Good Helps from a Friend of mine. They worked. But Not full speed but they are enough for Some Matters.
