Sony ericsson P1 ?

I'm looking to buy a new phone, my budget is max ~35k something.

My main uses of a phone will be:

Listening to music & radio
GPRS web browsing
Making calls & textin (obviously )
Ability to run multiple programs(atleast java) simultaneously

ability of WIFI will also help.

So p1 fulfills most of the cases here.

What i want to know is personal experiences of SE P1 users, is it reliable ? Good value ? is there any BUGS or problems of it ?

I have read keypad is bit hard to get used to, but i think i'll be able to get through that prob.

Please give your ideas of this. If you think theres a better phone in this price range that fits me, please tell that too.
