1. Start from the home menu list
1.1 Hold the back/home button of the player [ manual, page 9]

2. Select the toolbox icon on the home menu list
2.1 Use the left, right, up, down arrow keys to light up the toolbox icon [manual, page 90]
2.2 When the toobox icon is illuminated enter the play/pause button to enter settings
2.3 The first/top item in the settings menu will be lit now

3. In the Settings menu, select language
3.1 See the manual page 7, to see the structure of the Settings menu
3.2 From the first lit item (arrived at step 2.3), push the down arrow button 5 times
to light up the Language Settings
3.3 Push the play/pause button to enter the Language Settings

4. Select the required language
4.1 In the Language Settings menu, use the up and down arrow buttons to light up
the preferred display language setting as shown on page 91 of the manual.
4.2 Press the play/pause button to confirm the selection

Any chance of changing OS of walkman

There is a reset button..check it and push it with a pen or something..normally the reset place is a hole so that it cannot be touched accidentally..then you'll get to choose the language
