Then ordinary people observe there is huge disparity between theirs lives in terms of pleasure and comfort. By now spas also prohibited and then ordinary man is excluded from innocent hidden fun life where luxurious spas and hotels still open for high class people. As seen this people decided they are marginalised. Government need not to leagalize sex industry as an extreme but also need not to close down spas as long as they do not cause material social cultural problems </blockquote>
