FSB means how much strength the data can pass from CPU to RAM and Visa verse . so even ur RAM is 800 MH but the Total FSB is 400MH 2. There is a setting called MAX RAM requency or same meaning setting in the BIOS . by default this gonna be Auto . what this means is that get the Posible Speed that awailable. so some Motherboard like Gigabyte 945 when we set this to default it get the Fail safe posible Mimium value for the Ram . so urs is 400MH. try to set this setting to diferent value and see if it indicate ur original value.</blockquote>
